“Before-capture.
After-capture.
Paint with fire.”

Open Art Retreats are perfect for “blossoming beginners” or advanced artists.

Guests use new skills or previously learned methods to develop and define a style. Advanced students take intermediate skills to a high-end level, receiving direction to create a gallery-ready body of work. A “Pre-Retreat Meeting” is offered to plan your three days of advanced shooting, Photoshop retouching, and encaustic painting and to discuss specific size/design/concept of works. The paintings created in these intense yet rejuvenating workshops become masterpieces you’ll treasure.
